Chapter 6: Rise of the Mandalorians introduces a major overhaul to the Chef profession and Food crafting system.
All existing foods and drinks have been updated as part of this balance pass while maintaining their original Food types and required resource categories.
Core Chef System Changes
Food Types and Resources
- Food and Drink types remain unchanged
- Required resource categories for recipes remain unchanged
- Existing crafting structure has been preserved
Additive Changes
All additives have been increased and standardized to improve crafting consistency.
- Light Additives: +200
- Medium Additives: +200
- Heavy Additives: +200
Experimentation Changes
The experimentation system for food and Drink crafting has been updated to better reward high quality crafting.
- Flavor Experimentation no longer affects food duration
- Flavor Experimentation now improves the secondary food stat
- Nutrition Experimentation now affects the primary food stat
- Quantity Experimentation remains unchanged

Limited Use Food Schematics
Chapter 6 also introduces new Limited Use Food Schematics that can be obtained as rare loot drops from Hard Mode Heroic Instances.
These schematics provide access to enhanced food and drink consumables with increased stat bonuses beyond standard crafted foods.

The Chapter 6 Chef overhaul is designed to improve crafting value, increase build diversity, and provide more meaningful food choices for both PvE and PvP gameplay.

Important: These values represent theoretical maximums. It is not possible to obtain maximum values for both primary and secondary stats simultaneously on the same crafted item.
